A woman who was jobless six years ago and struggling to pay the bills is celebrating after becoming the first millionaire Avon lady.


Debbie Davis, 31, and her partner have earned £1.4million from selling cosmetics door-to-door for the make-up company.


Miss Davis, who was raised on a council estate, has built up a team of 8,000 representatives and is the proud owner of a recently renovated home and a sporty Mercedes.

After being made redundant from a printing factory in 2004, she found herself struggling to make ends meet and paid £15 to sign up as an Avon representative to help pay the bills.


In just one week she became sales leader and recruited her partner, Dave Carter, to work in her team as a representative.


During a three-week campaign they turned over £18,800 worth of products.


Since then they have built up one of the largest teams in the UK.


Last year Miss Davis, from Sunderland, took home £300,000 and has turned over a staggering £9.3million in total for the business.


This year the couple were crowned the make-up company's top earners for the fifth year running.

The next step in AVON is Sales Leadership.
This is open to all AVON representatives giving you a platform to build your own team of successful representatives.
To be a AVON Independent Sales Leader you must be able to hit a minimum of sales every campaign
this is to demonstrate that you are a successful representative yourself and are fully trained and up to date with how AVON works,

You will begin as a trainee Sales Leader being trained guided and mentored by your up liner ( the person you signed you into Avon when you joined ), teaching you how to appoint and train your new team of representatives

with cash bonuses on reacing new levels of status and achievements up to £6,000 on offer in the BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM !

GETTING STARTED

Prepare your brochures complete your contact details on the order forms , place a few in each brochure that way if another person wishes to order they can
put into the avon brochure bags to protect them from any bad weather if being left out side

Make a Who Do You Know List



Give away 5 Brochures to those on your Who do you know list ....
family
friends
groups, organisations, clubs,
work
local play groups
schools
business's

Deliver the rest of your Brochures to your work, friends, local business’s etc


Local area/neighbours, ask if they would like to see an Avon Book?—collect after 2/3 days and repeat this throughout your campaign,
right up until the day of your order needs to be submited you can continue to show the brochures and generate orders from prospective customers.

The list will soon grow as soon friends of friends or family of work collegues take the brochure home or friends take the brochure to work.
