AVON FOR MEN BY BRIAN REYNOLDS

Is AVON for MEN? and can we earn well from it?







My name is Brian Reynolds Avonman and I say YES …



…and so do many more men. 5% of AVON representatives are men. The TOP earning Sales Leader is a man and a disproportionate 15% of the TOP performers are men! Plus, as a result of husbands joining after the wives have started, many of the successful Ladies have a male driving force behind them. That shows the MEN out perform the ladies and this business should not be over looked.

More and more men are joining AVON. When I first started, at the Live Your Dream Event there were 3 fella’s umongst 500 Ladies. This year There were a good 150 !



Its all about the money for us men, we are the breadwinners, we need to bring home the bacon, those bills need paying and there’s plenty to be earned in this MLM business.



After 7 years I now live in a 6 bedroom home with 3 bathrooms, huge conservatory, massive office, Big garden and a driveway for 6 cars. I drive a top of the range Audi A8. Hand on heart, all funded with the AVON income that has broke through the £100k per year barrier, and on to £140k approx. We have achieved all expenses paid trips to BARCELONA, NEW YORK, PRAGUE & MALLORCA. We went off to MONTECARLO last June and were awarded a Mercedes CLC220 CAR in AUGUST. We have won many other awards, prizes and cash

GAIL REYNOLDS AVON SENIOR EXECUTIVE SALES LEADER

GAIL REYNOLDS, 39, is a senior executive sales leader for Avon, earning more than £4.4 million for the company this year alone. She lives in Dorset with her husband Brian, 40, and their three children Ashleigh, 20, Libby, 13, and Rosie, five





I joined Avon in 2002 but I didn’t set out to make millions of pounds for the company and live a lavish lifestyle. The truth is I was lonely and wanted to make new friends. When my husband’s grandad fell ill, Brian and I moved from Weymouth to Hastings with Ashleigh and Libby to take care of him.






I was a trained accountant and freelanced for a local business but after three months I felt isolated because I didn’t have any friends in the area.






When I opened my local newspaper one evening and saw an advert which read “Join Avon and meet new people”, I called them instantly. My mum was an Avon lady so I was aware of what they did. An Avon rep came to my home and explained my role, which included delivering the catalogue, collecting customers’ orders three weeks later and delivering their products.






As I knocked on my neighbour’s door I felt sick with excitement. I firstly introduced myself as Gail her new neighbour and secondly as an Avon representative. At the end of my first three-week sales period, I had only made £8.50 in commission from my £100 sale but I still had a buzz from meeting a dozen new people who would say hello to me at the school gates, the pub and in the post office. Being able to work my own hours was so convenient, especially when my youngest daughter Rosie was born.






After 12 weeks I became a leader which involved heading up my own team. I knocked on doors and asked women if they wanted to earn extra money. On my fourth knock a young woman looking for extra work became my first recruit. Three months later I became an executive leader and had four other leaders working for me. I quickly saved up £2,800 and took the whole family abroad for the first time. I even recruited my husband as a leader. I made him find his own customers just as I would any new recruit.






In 2005 I reached senior level and now have 2,000 representatives, including 150 leaders from Weymouth to Dundee. The best part of my job is chatting to people because talking is one of my strengths and networking is key to my success.
